Bring your own content Early access
Your next ads are already in your Drive.
Bring your own content. We’ll turn it into one library. We start from the ads that already worked, look for the original footage behind them, and cut it into clips, each tagged by the job it does in an ad. You have the last word on every clip.

Who it’s for
Built for brands that have shot a lot.
- You’ve run ads for a while, and your ad account has history.
- Your footage sits in Drive, spread across folders no one can keep track of.
- You’d rather not sort it by hand.
- You use Claude, or you’re happy to start.
Nothing to upload. No new footage needed to start.
No ads yet? Start with new concepts instead. How it works Early access
Six steps. You call the shots.
You approve the best ads before we trace them, and the footage before we cut it. Then you rate the clips.

01Connect
Connect, read-only
Link your ad account and your Drive. We can look. We can’t change anything.
Read-only access. Nothing in your accounts is moved, renamed or deleted. Point us to the folders you already know, and list your products with one photo each. In early access we set up the connection with you.
- You
- Connect two accounts. Point to the folders you know. List your products.
- Turntake
- Reads your ad history and your folder tree.

02Best adsCheckpoint 1
Find what already works
We start from your best-performing ads, ranked by what they spent and what they delivered.
The same video often runs in many ad sets, so we merge the copies. You get a short list of your best ads, and you approve it before we go on.
- You
- Approve the short list.
- Turntake
- Pulls your ad history, ranks it and merges copies of the same video.

03Clean footage
Trace the clean footage
We look through your Drive for the footage behind each ad, from before the captions and cuts.
We match by picture, not by file name, because file names lie. Editors’ project files help too, if you have them. Not every ad has clean footage left. You’ll see which ones do.
- You
- Add folders we missed, and editors’ project files if you have them.
- Turntake
- Maps your Drive, matches footage by picture and reads project files.
- Google Drive
- Premiere Pro project files

04ClipsCheckpoint 2
Cut and tag
The footage is cut into short clips at the scene changes, and each clip is tagged by the job it does in an ad.
Hook, demo, before and after, CTA and more. Talking heads are cut by sentence, never mid-word. Your own AI does the looking, from a few frames and a line of transcript per clip. It’s a first pass. You have the last word.
- You
- Approve what gets cut.
- Turntake
- Cuts, transcribes, reads text on screen and spots duplicates.
- Your AI
- Looks at each clip and suggests its tags. It runs in your own account, starting with Claude.

Keep, favorite or archive each clip. Add a comment if it needs fixing.
The doubtful ones come first. Your AI carries out your comments, like “shorter” or “wrong tag”, and answers each one. It all works from the keyboard.

- Keep, Favorite or Archive. Comment on what to fix.

- Shows the clips by role and passes your comments to your AI.

06Library
Your library, ready
Your clips land in one library, each with its job. A score shows what you have enough of, and what’s missing.
Missing hooks? We tell you where to look first: in your footage, in a short shoot, or with AI where that’s honest. Then you skip straight to the fun part.
- You
- Decide what to find, film or generate next.
- Turntake
- Shows what’s enough and what’s missing, and keeps the library growing.

FAQ
Is it really read-only?
Yes. We ask for read-only access to your ad account and your Drive. We can look, but we can’t post, edit, move, rename or delete anything.
Which sources work today?
In early access: your Meta ad account, Google Drive, and Premiere Pro project files if you have them. Dropbox, uploads and other ad accounts are coming.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much you’ve shot and how many ads you’ve run, so we won’t put a number on it yet. In early access we run it with you, and you approve each checkpoint as we get there.
Which AI does the tagging?
Your own, starting with Claude, so you’ll need a Claude account. Turntake does the cutting, transcribing and sorting. Your AI looks at each clip and suggests its tags. You have the last word.
